General Principles Every purchase you make from Poplix Candy signifies your acceptance of our commitment to artisan craftsmanship. We have built our system upon the “€149 Smart Barrier”; this guarantees that your European delivery journey is completed without surprise customs costs.
Order & Delivery
Production: As we operate on a limited, boutique production basis, we do not hold stock. Each lollipop is freshly handcrafted just before shipment.
Shipping Timeline: Your order will be handed over to the courier within 2 business days, depending on your selected shipping method (Express or Standard).
Delivery: Our packages are prepared with special protective materials to ensure the products reach you without losing their form. Delivery processes are managed with our trusted logistics partners.
Responsibility: From the moment your order leaves our workshop, we track the delivery process on your behalf and take full responsibility until it reaches your doorstep.
Important Note on Delivery Times & Force Majeure: The delivery times stated above are estimated based on the general transit experience of our logistics partners. Our company cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, regional administrative restrictions, strikes, or courier operational disruptions. From the moment your order is handed over to the courier, the transit process is the responsibility of the logistics firm; however, we remain committed to supporting our customers in resolving any potential issues that may arise.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Handcrafted Products: Since our sweets are food products and boutique creations, for hygiene reasons, opened or delivered products cannot be returned.
Damaged Goods: Although rare, if your products reach you damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo. We will be happy to resolve the situation.
Cancellation: You may submit your cancellation request before your order has been handed over to the courier.

While Ömer Ali Altıntaş manages the boutique e-commerce operations, our confectionery craft is rooted in the expertise of our master confectioner, preserving family techniques since 1997.
